- keep up the 'vigorous activity' of 6 days
- eat more vegetables (maybe 5 servings a day)
- eat more fruits (5 servings)
- eat/drink less of high-fat and high-sugar snacks (0-1 a day)
- my daily activity is doing well, so i just have to keep it up :)
- TV time, well TV the thing about TV is that its sooooooo fun/good to watch and the computer, well i shouldn't have to explain :P bottom line im not changing to the amount of time im on the computer/TV
