hi my name is Brittany Duncan, I'm 13 years old and I'm in the 8th grade. I like playing basketball, swimming, dodge-ball, ice skating, and other sports. i love hanging out with my friends. Sadly i hate not do my homework because i really don't want to fail, cause i don't want my life to go down the drain :( anyway.....yea...........i love video games (that have action), good movies, good tv shows (even though i dont have cable).

2/8/10

Today at lunch i noticed a lot about my friends, and how each brings there own stuff to the group. :)
without everyone it wouldn't be the same :/

food -.-

well my goals for making my life a healthier:
  1. keep up the 'vigorous activity' of 6 days
  2. eat more vegetables (maybe 5 servings a day)
  3. eat more fruits (5 servings)
  4. eat/drink less of high-fat and high-sugar snacks (0-1 a day)
  5. my daily activity is doing well, so i just have to keep it up :)
  6. TV time, well TV the thing about TV is that its sooooooo fun/good to watch and the computer, well i shouldn't have to explain :P bottom line im not changing to the amount of time im on the computer/TV
