I think i am cause i have a healthy diet. for dinner I have different veggies, and i eat in the grain + meats (protein family). For breakfast i have grains and fruit (orange juice). Lunch i have watev :P

I don't eat the same food each day, so i do have variety. :)

Veggies, fruits, grains, not so much different proteins, i guess i have variety in dairy.
4. In which food group is it hardest to get variety?
I think its hardest to get variety in dairy, cause dairy isn't a big food group.
5. List one to three things that you are doing well to eat healthfully.
- I eat a good amount of fruits and veggies a day
- I don't eat too much in one food group a day.
- Eat healthier at breakfast (MAKE sure you have breakfast!), lunch, and dinner.
