ugh, i cant believe mike gave us hw -_____________- so now i have to do today's hw, even though we didn't have school. *sigh* i just remembered that i have a quiz in science (non-note taking) and than two periods later a math quiz. why cant we just have no school, its so cold outside.

i had steak & string beans tonight :)
mmmmmmmm good food :D then i of course ran into the kitchen to eat my pie (only one piece) XD
i could barely fit the pie in my stomach, hmmmmmmm thats not normal. *scared* whats happening???? jk jk jk sadly near my school, u cant really eat healthy unless u bring ur own food (great) but all the walking/running up and down stairs does help a lot to bring some things into balance. And then there's gym. hehe. <3 gym

today:

science : sucked
mike: movie, talking, more hw -______-
mark (math): bothered Olivia, did, math, finished most of my math hw
homeroom: listened to ipod, thought about wat Leslie told me about, and telling the dude...not saying any more......did work for Rachel (teacher) with max and Olivia
lunch: went to McDonalds, gave people $$$$, Katie wouldn't get a free meal cause the lady didnt offer her a snack-wrap (so copied KFC)olivia took Katie's wallet and 'put it in the bathroom' ran back to school with soda in hand XD
elective: did work (ugh) about healthy life style (containing food) ughhhhhhhhhh
humanities: mike talked a lot about guns, Olivia, Taylor and i worked on bracelet,
gym: played dodge-ball

Today at lunch i noticed a lot about my friends, and how each brings there own stuff to the group. :)
without everyone it wouldn't be the same :/

well my goals for making my life a healthier:

1. keep up the 'vigorous activity' of 6 days
2. eat more vegetables (maybe 5 servings a day)
3. eat more fruits (5 servings)
4. eat/drink less of high-fat and high-sugar snacks (0-1 a day)
5. my daily activity is doing well, so i just have to keep it up :)
6. TV time, well TV the thing about TV is that its sooooooo fun/good to watch and the computer, well i shouldn't have to explain :P bottom line im not changing to the amount of time im on the computer/TV
